I built Fit Crew Collective because I was sick of the cookie-cutter programs and broken promises too. I’m Heidi, your trainer here at Fit Crew Collective. I specialize in low-impact, strength-focused workouts that fit into real life. Helping you build muscle, protect your joints, and feel confident in your body at every age and stage.

If you’ve ever felt too busy, too tired,

or too unsure of where to start,

you’re not alone.

I’m here to help you feel strong whether you have a full gym, a couple of dumbbells, or no equipment at all, and even if you’re navigating health challenges like autoimmune conditions.


I’ve learned firsthand that fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. What works for one season of life may not work for another. My goal isn’t to push you into someone else’s plan, but to help you discover a way of moving that you actually enjoy so you’ll stay consistent.


Some seasons are just full. That’s why Fit Crew Collective isa place where we can meet for encouragement, check off our strength training together, and make it manageable.
