Do I need a gym or fancy equipment to get started?
Nope! Most Fit Crew workouts require no equipment at all — just your body and a willingness to show up.
What equipment do you recommend for the strength workouts?
To get the most out of the program, I recommend:
• Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
• A mat
• A sturdy chair or step (something you can sit or step on comfortably)
What if I want to go further or level up?
Some advanced workouts may also use:
• Resistance bands
• A workout bench
• A small Pilates ball
What if I don’t have any equipment yet?
That’s totally fine! Many members start with just their bodyweight and build from there. You can ease in and add gear over time.
What’s the bottom line?
